How often can I submit support tickets?
You can submit support tickets as often as needed. There will always be a response, and if your issue is covered by your plan, it will be handled in a timely manner.
How do I get started?
To get started, choose a maintenance plan and we will be in touch with you to get some more information and get your site reviewed and get the monitoring and access set up.
Do you support WordPress Multisite?
We do support WordPress Multisite. With consideration to the fact that every situation or configuration is different, this requires a custom quote.
Do you provide hosting?
We do not provide hosting directly, however for any plan above the essentials plan, we are happy to maintain a hosting account on your behalf. We work with several premium providers.
Do you offer refunds?
You can have a refund for the service within the first 30 days of signing up.
Do you offer 24 hour support?
We do not offer 24 hour support. Our hours are 10am – 7pm MT, Monday – Friday. If you need a specialized service agreement that falls outside of those hours, you will need to get a quote.
Do you have agency plans?
We work with agencies all the time. We do not white label as we prefer to be transparent, but we support agencies and their clients so they can focus on business without getting caught on website issues.
Do you handle SEO?
We do handle SEO! Whether you are just looking to keep track of your SEO stats, or you want to do active campaigning, we can help!
Do I have to have a contract?
You do not need a contract. We do not hold anyone hostage to keeping the service. We would rather provide value and remove your website worries to justify the cost.
Can I pay by invoice?
Payment by invoice is available if you want to pay quarterly for maintenance.
